Karlo Haddad got his start in the music industry working in touring at Creative Artists Agency. He has more recently moved into artist management and development, working with a number of developing artists. He also has an extensive background in live event production, having produced a variety of large-scale concerts and galas.

Based in the UK, Juan Bedoya is YR Records' dedicated A&R Scout, specializing in discovering and nurturing emerging Latin talent across the UK. With a deep understanding of both Latin music and global trends, Juan is committed to identifying fresh, innovative artists who have the potential to make a significant impact on the international stage. His keen ear for talent and his strong connections within the music scene enable him to connect the right artists with the right opportunities, helping them break through into global markets.
